Belconnen Online offered $50 for the best digital photo taken at Floriade 2005. This year we had over 80 entries and the winner was Daniel Swift. The winning photo and a sample of some of the entries is below. We also judged Weetangera Primary School has having the best Belconnen Gnomes at this year's Floriade, well done! The winning entry was judged on quality, creativity and the spirit of this years Floriade. Note: The subject of the winning photo did not necessarily need to be of flowers, but it must be shot at Floriade Canberra 2005. To ave entered, you must reside in the ACT or NSW, be registered on B-Informed's Promotions and Giveaways Mailing List and submit only one photo per registered email address. belconnen.com.au reserves the right to display all entries on it's website. Send your high quality jpeg photo via email to floriade [at] belconnen.com.au by 15 October 2005. The winner will be announced on 16 October 2005 on our Mailing List. All decisions are final.
